1. What’s a Blind Box?

A Blind Box is a type of sealed packaging that keeps the contents a mystery until opened. Each series typically includes a variety of different designs or characters, which are shown on the box along with the odds of getting each one. Some figures are common, while others are rare or even ultra-rare "chase" figures. That’s part of the fun!

2. What shipping options are available?

We currently offer standard shipping via NinjaVan. After placing your order, our team will contact you via Whatapps: 018-2288058 (Eco Botanic) / 011-62288082 (Austin Crest) to confirm details and provide updates.

3. How long does shipping take?

For standard shipping:

  • West Malaysia: 1-3 working days after the parcel is shipped out
  • East Malaysia: 5-7 working days after the parcel is shipped out
    Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions or courier issues.

4. Can I see the shipping fee before confirming my order?

Yes!

  • West Malaysia: RM10
  • East Malaysia: RM15
    These rates apply to standard-size parcels. Oversized parcels may incur additional charges — our customer service team will notify you in such cases.

5. When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed and packed within 3 business days after confirmation. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a WhatsApp notification with tracking info.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?

Unfortunately, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed once the order is placed. Please confirm your choices before checking out.

7. What if the item I received is damaged or defective?

If the item you received has a manufacturing defect (e.g. broken or missing parts), we’re happy to offer an exchange for the same item (subject to availability), or allow you to exchange it for an item of equal value.

Important:
To process a claim, please provide a full unboxing video starting from the unopened parcel. This is required as proof.
Contact us via 018-2288058 (Eco Botanic) / 011-62288082 (Austin Crest) within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
Without a clear unboxing video, we’re unable to process the request.

8. What are the benefits of becoming a member?

9. Can I transfer my membership points to someone else?

No, member points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that earned them.
